These structures form the historical heart of the 700-acre fort complex. You will find massive defensive gates built to withstand sieges, alongside ruined palaces that tell stories of Rajput courage and sacrifice.

Because the complex is so large, taking a vehicle between these main palace sites is highly recommended. Expect to spend a few hours exploring the architecture and historical sites in this area.
